What you will do
- Provide white-glove customer service to ensure an excellent onboarding experience.
- Manage partner implementation and onboarding for new and renewing partners.
- Deliver engaging trainings and ensure customer readiness to go live.
- Project manage client implementations via email, phone, and web-based tools; track tasks against schedules and coordinate with internal staff.
- Use a data-driven approach to monitor adoption/usage metrics, identify churn risks, and improve retention.
- Support account lifecycle post-sale by answering or delegating ongoing client questions and feeding improvements to implementation, support, and development teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, customer success, onboarding/implementation, or account management with examples of success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical/non-technical and management-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
