TL;DR

Lead Partner Success Specialist (Edtech): Managing implementation and onboarding for new and renewing partners to ensure product adoption and value realization with an accent on scalable processes and customer journey optimization. Focus on driving high-volume implementations, mitigating churn risks, and coordinating cross-functional training sessions.

Location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast (ideally within reasonable travel distance to NYC)

What you will do

  • Manage implementation and onboarding for new and renewing partners.
  • Deliver comprehensive trainings and ensure customer readiness for go-live.
  • Project manage new client implementations using CRM and web-based tools.
  • Identify churn risks and develop proactive plans to increase customer retention.
  • Drive large-scale partnership implementations, serving as the key liaison for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve the product based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in education or a related field.
  • Preference for candidates based on the US East Coast.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar CRM solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with hirify.global products and services.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education content and pedagogy.
