What you will do

• Own a book of business and drive overall account health, satisfaction, and retention.
• Lead customer onboarding end-to-end and ensure seamless go-lives.
• Monitor system adoption and usage to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support strategic engagements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management in a SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with retail operations such as inventory planning, demand forecasting, or replenishment.
• Spanish: Native level required.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) required.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree required (Industrial Engineering preferred).

Nice to have

• Background in consulting or ERP implementation.
• Experience in Retail Fashion or Inventory Management software.
• Exposure to Fintech or SaaS environments.
• SQL proficiency.
