What you will do

• Translate strategic concepts into detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through build, QA, launch, and post-release optimization.
• Lead and align cross-functional teams across Technology, Content, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales.
• Synthesize competitive intelligence and market research to shape roadmap priorities and ensure industry compliance.
• Define and track KPIs to measure post-launch performance and drive future product enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to manage timelines, dependencies, and risk while removing blockers.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of product management experience with a track record of autonomous, end-to-end ownership.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, detailed product requirements that enable engineering execution with minimal ambiguity.
• Experience introducing and sustaining product management processes across cross-functional teams.
• Experience working directly with engineering and design teams on customer-facing digital products.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in professional education, specifically Exam Prep, Continuing Education (CE), or Certification verticals.
• Familiarity with CE accreditation workflows, provider approval processes, or regulatory environments for professional licensure.
• Background in edtech, SaaS, or content-driven platforms.
