What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the construction of capital projects to expand Core and Customer Access Networks.
• Manage infrastructure projects associated with build and maintenance, including EXCH, FAN, RAN, HUBS, GSM, and CAN.
• Liaise with utilities, local councils, and government departments to ensure project delivery.
• Oversee external contractors in strict compliance with OH&S policies and Environmental Management Plans.
• Ensure all project schedules, benchmarks, and budgetary requirements are met.
• Perform quality inspections on all contractor works to ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Tertiary, Trade Certificate, or TAFE qualification in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil.
• At least 3 years of recent telecommunications experience in internal and external plant building and construction.
• Proven experience overseeing contractors within a commercial environment.
• In-depth knowledge of optical fibre delivery methods and installation practices.
• Current driver’s licence.
