What you will do

• Execute daily deliverables for investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure all operational deliverables are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Act as a primary point of contact for queries from clients, investors, and fund managers.
• Participate in team meetings to collaborate on ideas and support a positive team culture.
• Support management in executing departmental initiatives, special projects, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, or banking.
• Knowledge of investor services processes and related operational functionalities.
• Strong background in client and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Microsoft Excel.
