Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Must be able to perform shift work from 2pm to 11pm.

What you will do

• Prepare and review NAV packages, including accruals, security pricing, and cash reconciliations.
• Calculate and allocate capital calls and distributions for private equity clients.
• Manage fee schedules, including the calculation of management fees and waterfalls.
• Handle investor allocations for each NAV cycle and ensure correct P&L booking.
• Prepare audited financial statements and provide necessary audit assistance.
• Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients to meet service level agreements.

Requirements

• University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• At least 3 years of experience in Fund Administration, with at least 2 years specifically in Private Equity.
• Experience working with Private Equity accounting systems, preferably Investran.
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements, and waterfall calculations.
• Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements (LPA) and Offering Memorandums (OM).
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience in coaching or mentoring.
