Fund Accountant (Private Equity)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Onsite, must be able to perform shift work from 2pm to 11pm)

What you will do

• Prepare NAV packages, perform security pricing, and manage cash and position reconciliations.
• Calculate capital calls, distributions, and complex fee schedules including management fees and waterfalls.
• Manage investor allocations and ensure accurate booking of capital transactions and P&L.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to meet service level agreements.
• Assist with the preparation of audited financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Work an evening shift schedule from 2pm to 11pm.

Requirements

• University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be available for evening shift work (2pm to 11pm).
• Prior experience in fund accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
