What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Technical Product Managers and Integration Analysts.
• Define the global strategy for partner integrations across 70+ countries.
• Drive automation to reduce time-to-live and build scalable infrastructure.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap and prioritize features to grow inventory and revenue.
• Manage high-stakes carrier partnerships and engage C-level stakeholders.
• Challenge existing processes to improve how integrations are scoped, executed, and measured.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical or API products.
• Deep technical fluency with APIs and data schema decisions.
• Proven experience managing and coaching a team of technical PMs or analysts.
• Experience scoping and delivering B2B integrations with external partners.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex technical concepts for executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ground transportation data standards (e.g., GTFS, NeTEx).
• Experience in travel tech, mobility, or logistics.
• Exposure to high-load, high-availability platform environments.
