What you will do

• Own and maintain the hirify.global Cloud roadmap, balancing commercial and technical priorities.
• Monitor delivery progress and identify risks to drive corrective actions.
• Translate customer and internal developer needs into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate technical trade-offs and feasibility.
• Prioritize infrastructure improvements, developer tooling, and customer-facing features.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, support, and business operations.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software, platform, or backend engineering.
• Proven experience in product management or technical product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with AWS (S3, EKS), Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience with CRM, licensing, billing, or subscription management systems.
