What you will do

  • Own the full P&L and strategy for the Assignment Module, including pricing, growth, and roadmap.
  • Lead a cross-functional international team across Compliance and Vendor Management.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to shape a seamless, user-centered product vision.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies across DACH, Nordics, UKI and other global regions.
  • Scale the vendor ecosystem to deliver a comprehensive "everything from one hand" promise.
  • Promote solutions through events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in global mobility with a specific focus on International Assignments.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership experience steering Product, Tech, and Sales teams.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA with the ability to move fast and decide with incomplete data.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS scale-ups.
  • Personal experience as an expatriate.
