Content Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Exceptional writing and editorial judgment in English


* Strong experience in organic growth, content marketing and distribution


* Strong understanding of SEO, GEO and modern AI-driven discovery dynamics


* Experience using AI tools for content creation, workflow automation and creative production


* Ability to operate across multiple content formats and channels


* Strong systems thinking and operational mindset


* Ability to connect organic growth initiatives to engagement, pipeline and business outcomes


* Curiosity around AI-assisted workflows, experimentation and scalable growth operations


* Ability to move quickly and independently in a fast-changing environment


* Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution

* Bring experience from a B2B SaaS scale-up or cybersecurity company


* Have experience building AI-assisted content systems and automations

What you can expect from us Compensation

Monthly salary of €4500 - €6000 depending on your experience. You may notice varying salary ranges for roles with similar titles across Hoxhunt; this is because each range reflects the seniority, scope and impact expectations required for that specific role. Working ways

We work in a flexible hybrid model. You are expected to visit the Helsinki office 2–3 days per week.
