What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between hirify.global and EMS partners to resolve supplier quality and production issues.
• Lead containment actions and drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using 8D reports.
• Qualify mechanical and electromechanical components, conducting process audits and reviewing FAI/FAIR reports.
• Drive supplier performance improvements through structured development plans and system-level audits.
• Provide on-site support at EMS and supplier locations across Thailand and the ASEAN region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, manufacturing, or supplier quality management.
• Fluent English (C1) communication skills (written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with fabrication processes, including machining, sheet metal, and mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Proficiency with quality tools: Control Plan, FMEA, MSA, and 8D methodologies.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Thai or Chinese languages.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
