What you will do

• Support local plants during the implementation, rollout, adoption, and stabilization of digital solutions (LIMS, QMS, IMS, DMS, MES, TQS, IT/OT).
• Coordinate between Global Solution Managers, regional stakeholders in Asia, and local plant teams to ensure effective deployment.
• Bridge global strategy and local plant execution to ensure solutions are effectively implemented in the regional industrial context.
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to local plant teams to drive user adoption.
• Identify and report challenges or gaps in local adoption to global teams to improve standards.
• Monitor and document the progress of digital initiatives at the plant level.

Requirements

• Experience working in industrial environments.
• Proven exposure to the implementation of digital or IT solutions in industry.
• Experience with systems such as LIMS, QMS, IMS, DMS, MES, TQS, or IT/OT platforms.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant degree in engineering, IT, or industrial management.

• Background related to Quality, Operations, or Industrial Excellence.
• Experience acting as a local deployment or adoption lead for global initiatives.
