What you will do

• Lead Web SDK integrations for global enterprise customers, primarily within the banking and financial sectors.
• Investigate and resolve advanced web issues, including CORS, cookies, storage, CSP, CDN failures, and WebView behaviors.
• Provide high-level technical expertise and root cause analysis to support Solution Engineers and R&D teams.
• Manage SDK configurations, version upgrades, bootstrapping, and environment tuning.
• Develop technical guides, best practices, and internal training to empower regional SE teams.
• Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and optimized across all browsers, devices, and customer environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development (ES6+, DOM APIs, async patterns).
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, and production-grade web applications.
• Deep understanding of browser fundamentals, including event loops and rendering behavior across Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
• Excellent knowledge of network mechanics (headers, cookies, CORS, CSP, redirects, and caching layers).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered web issues end-to-end.
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with experience working in global, cross-time-zone environments.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating or supporting SDKs, libraries, or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with mobile WebView behavior on iOS and Android.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering groups.
• Understanding of data collection patterns or instrumentation frameworks.
