TL;DR

Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript): Building and optimizing complex web applications for award-winning trading platforms with an accent on performance, accessibility, and high-frequency data handling. Location: Hybrid (Kraków, Poland) — 3 days in the office required

What you will do

  • Develop complex web features for trading platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure for web deployments using AWS (CloudFront, S3, Route 53).
  • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and HTTP caching strategies to improve release confidence and speed.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to drive business growth.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards and decision-making.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools to multiply impact and improve code quality.

Requirements

  • Professional experience with React or React Native delivering production web applications.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern React patterns (hooks, server components), and state management.
  • Hands-on experience managing web deployments and implementing HTTP caching.
  • Proven track record of diagnosing and fixing performance bottlenecks in production.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and real-time data handling via WebSockets.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kraków, Poland.
