What you will do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and contracting to supplier management.
- Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and strong contractual risk protections.
- Proactively source and evaluate vendors through structured sourcing and market analysis.
- Own the rollout and optimization of procurement tools, including PO, CLM, or Source-to-Pay solutions.
- Establish a central procurement function including governance, policies, and operating standards.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and Marketing to drive measurable cost savings and value creation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a senior, standalone, or leadership role.
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in e-commerce or tech.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of leading complex commercial discussions.
- Demonstrated experience in designing procurement processes and implementing specialized tooling.
- Ability to quickly master new domains such as technology, SaaS, and professional services.
- Solid understanding of contract structures, compliance, and supplier risk management.
