• Collaborate with Product Development to maintain a central leather materials library for consistency.
• Analyze global leather market trends to inform strategies and minimize price volatility.
• Negotiate long-term partnerships and favorable terms with key suppliers to drive supply chain value.
• Lead supplier performance management to ensure adherence to ethical and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management specifically within the leather industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience building global supplier networks.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic procurement plans.
• Strong understanding of sustainability regulations and responsible sourcing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
