Location: Must be based in Wujiang, China (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

• Lead the design and process development of structural components to ensure outstanding strength and fatigue performance.
• Drive the application of advanced welding assembly and automated production technologies in China facilities.
• Support and upgrade welding plant layouts and material flow systems.
• Conduct welding audits for factories and suppliers to drive quality improvements.
• Perform failure analysis on welded components and benchmark competitor quality and cost control.
• Collaborate with structural component engineering design teams to optimize designs based on regional welding characteristics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in advanced welding assembly of construction machinery and automated production.
• Knowledge of welding standards such as GB, ISO, and ASTM.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Wujiang, China.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Nice to have

• Project management experience in welding line building and process development.
• Basic programming capability in Python, C, or C++.
