What you will do

• Lead the development and standardization of Business Intelligence operational processes.
• Coordinate the acquisition and management of vehicles and engineering resources for BI projects.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure project quality.
• Consolidate industry, market, and regulatory intelligence into actionable reports for decision-making.
• Act as the primary counterpart for vehicle software update plans and OTA coordination.
• Support aftersales issue root-cause analysis and solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Solid experience in engineering operations, project management, or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize processes in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with vehicle software maintenance and upgrade lifecycles.
• Strong communication and reporting skills in written and verbal English.
• Understanding of automotive market, industry, and regulatory intelligence.
