What you will do

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens and ensure specimen integrity.
• Manage the daily operations and oversee the phlebotomy program of the designated Patient Service Center (PSC).
• Verify test requisitions and maintain detailed logs and daily tallies of collections.
• Report KPIs to product management leadership on a biweekly basis.
• Coordinate PSC vendors and manage scheduling and customer escalations.
• Maintain a safe work environment adhering to HIPAA/PHI privacy and legal regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years of high-level customer care experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy Certification or license (required if mandated by state regulations).
• Must be based in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Nice to have

• BS/BA degree.
• Experience managing or supervising phlebotomy operations and teams.
• Previous financial and budgetary experience.
• Bilingual language skills.
