Growth Strategy & Operations Lead (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Drive critical growth projects in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Develop and enhance growth strategies, funnels, and pipelines for strategic customers.
• Oversee growth operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Present regular progress updates to the executive team and contribute to the company's strategic direction.
• Tackle pressing growth challenges to accelerate market share in the Generative AI space.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product, operations, or as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with operations-heavy business models such as on-demand, marketplaces, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong technical background, ideally with a STEM degree.
• Ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with navigating ambiguity to scale products from scratch.
• Prior experience building with AI tools and workflows.
