What you will do

• Lead growth projects that expand and improve the expert contributor supply for high-priority Generative AI projects.
• Develop acquisition strategies, funnels, and pipelines across outbound, referrals, hackathons, partnerships, paid acquisition, and professional communities.
• Improve onboarding, screening, verification, and training systems to activate and ramp experts quickly.
• Manage contributor lifecycle operations, including activation, retention, churn mitigation, profile validation, and project routing.
• Build analytical systems to forecast capacity, diagnose funnel bottlenecks, and ensure projects have enough qualified experts.
• Present supply health, ramp progress, and growth recommendations to the executive team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product, operations, or software engineering.
• Experience with operations-heavy business models such as marketplaces, on-demand services, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong technical background, including the ability to perform data analytics using SQL or Python.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform growth strategies.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and scaling new products or services from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and workflows.
