What you will do

• Research and interpret facility records and distribution system conditions.
• Process tabular changes and update GIS systems based on field crew correspondence.
• Perform quality reviews of facility information and resolve data discrepancies.
• Input administrative activity information into databases and record systems.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for facility work.
• Communicate facility information to internal and external stakeholders via various channels.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Providence, Rhode Island.
• Associate's degree in GIS or related engineering field, or a GIS certificate.
• 1-2 years of GIS experience or relevant coursework.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Google Maps.
• Ability to interpret electric distribution system information and technical drawings.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
