What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial assignment through final report delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance carriers, attorneys, and property owners.
• Coordinate with expert investigators to ensure timely site inspections and technical analysis.
• Develop project budgets based on scope, required expertise, and geographic location.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget performance.
• Review final deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to client expectations.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or insurance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
