Salary: $252,000 — $388,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of five Senior and Principal Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Personally own agent identity delivery for strategic accounts, including writing production code and designing architecture.
• Define the engagement model for embedding engineers into strategic customer environments from prototype to production.
• Aggregate recurring identity gaps found in the field to prioritize and influence the product roadmap.
• Navigate complex technical and political landscapes, leading conversations with CISOs and architecture review boards.
• Partner with sales, product, and engineering leadership to ensure engagements land cleanly and scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing engineers or technical field teams (FDE, solutions engineering, or platform).
• Proven track record of shipping production software and the ability to remain hands-on in the IDE.
• Deep fluency in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, RFC 8693 token exchange, and agentic identity problems (MCP, delegation vs. impersonation).
• Experience delivering complex technical engagements within large enterprise customers.
• Ability to travel 35% of the time, including occasional international travel.
• Must be based in the US (Bellevue, Chicago, or San Francisco).
