What you will do

• Execute advanced digital delivery tasks and apply DDS standards across active projects.
• Develop and maintain digital delivery tools, scripts, templates, and automations.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and techniques to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Implement and reinforce standard workflows, troubleshooting model and coordination issues.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Digital Delivery Coordinators.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Discipline Leads across multiple projects and sectors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, or Design Technology (or 9+ years without a bachelor's degree).
• Demonstrated experience developing automation tools and leveraging AI for workflows.
• Strong understanding of project delivery environments and coordination workflows.
• Ability to manage technical responsibilities independently across multiple deadlines.
• English: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communication required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory.
