What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex talent transformation engagements and multi-workstream programs.
• Structure ambiguous client problems into clear workplans, hypotheses, and actionable solutions.
• Lead comprehensive assessments of Talent Acquisition (TA) processes, operating models, and technologies.
• Facilitate critical client workshops and executive presentations to align senior stakeholders.
• Advise clients on the pragmatic application of AI and emerging technologies within TA to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, transformation, or management consulting in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong project management discipline, including planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Ability to influence outcomes in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of TA technologies, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
