What you will do

• Review and validate deals across new business, renewals, and pricing changes.
• Ensure accuracy of Salesforce (CPQ) data and maintain contractual alignment.
• Perform ARR and contract reconciliation prior to deal approval.
• Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Revenue/Billing, and Finance teams.
• Support month-end activities, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Serve as a senior escalation point and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of finance or revenue operations principles.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proven experience reviewing contracts and performing reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data validation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or specific Deal Desk environments.
• Exposure to SaaS contracts, ARR, MRR, and pricing models.
• Background in data analysis or reporting.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced commercial environments.
