What you will do

• Lead origination of real estate credit investments across industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality asset classes.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of sponsors, brokers, and borrowers to drive deal flow.
• Manage the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, comprehensive underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Negotiate transaction terms and oversee the closing process of loan documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams across acquisitions, legal, and capital markets for efficient transaction execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in real estate credit origination and investing.
• Proven track record of independently closing real estate debt transactions, particularly within the Western United States.
• Deep knowledge of real estate fundamentals, capital structures, and various property types.
• Strong financial modeling proficiency and a meticulous approach to investment vetting.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Los Angeles, New York, or Dallas offices.
