What you will do

  • Design and execute outreach programs, in-app notifications, and webinars to drive product activation.
  • Help customers implement and see the value of hirify.global’s AI-driven features.
  • Use data triggers and CRM automations to identify customer needs and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide proactive communication and personal touch to drive customer growth.
  • Take ownership of a business segment, focusing on scalable success strategies.

Requirements

  • Approximately one year of professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • High degree of technical affinity and comfort with automations.
  • Business proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable advice.
  • Self-starter with a "hacker" mindset, always seeking efficient, automated solutions.
