Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (3+ days in-office)

What you will do
- Own the initial customer journey to ensure maximum value realization from the start.
- Drive timely and effective product adoption for hundreds of new customers monthly.
- Act as a trusted product expert, guiding clients through best practices and advanced features.
- Identify and drive opportunities for revenue retention, upsells, and higher-tier plan advocacy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong technical aptitude for learning and explaining software products.
- Knowledge of business calling software or cloud communication tools.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Custify, Planhat, or HubSpot.
