TL;DR
Principal Systems Engineer (Systems Engineering & Integration): Providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community with an accent on mission protection and resiliency. Focus on managing integration projects, conducting RFC impact assessments, and implementing enterprise-level planning in a SCIF environment.
Location: Sterling, VA. Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph; no relocation package provided.
Salary: $103 - $128 / hr (W2)

What you will do
- Lead project management and leadership tasks collaborating with customer and contractor teams.
- Provide Mission Protection and resiliency knowledge to assigned projects and the enterprise.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on mission resiliency topics and capabilities.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems through detailed information gathering and investigation.
- Lead interactions and support the initialization of new missions.
Requirements
- Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance.
- US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM.
- Minimum 8 years of prior engineering experience.
- Expertise in Mission Protection, Mission Resiliency, Customer Operations, or Collections.
- Experience with systems installation, integration, and testing.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of customer NSIS or rapid delivery methods.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Established customer relationships.
