What you will do

• Own and manage all change records within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate documentation and stakeholder approvals.
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to provide technical authority for approving or pausing deployments.
• Monitor the forward schedule of changes and coordinate with stakeholders to mitigate production environment risks.
• Audit CI/CD pipelines, regression test results, and security scans to assess total release readiness.
• Develop and implement high-quality metrics and KPIs to evaluate release quality and identify risk drivers.
• Mentor junior team members and provide leadership with actionable input on their technical growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Orlando, FL
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ITSM, Software Development, or high-level Technical Support.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in formal Change and Release Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Active ITIL Foundations certification is required.
• Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow and a solid understanding of modern DevOps / CI/CD pipelines.
