TL;DR

Head of Measurement Partnerships (Ad Tech): Architecting Snap's future-proof measurement ecosystem by negotiating and integrating ad product partnerships with an accent on privacy-centric strategies and data clean rooms. Focus on translating market shifts like Privacy Sandbox and SKAN into commercial opportunities and driving the adoption of monetization products.

Location: Must be based in the US (Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco). Work arrangement is "default together," expecting team members to work in an office 4+ days per week.

What you will do

  • Spearhead privacy-centric measurement strategy, navigating shifts like SKAdNetwork and Privacy Sandbox to drive adoption of Data Clean Rooms and CAPI integrations.
  • Manage and scale a team of Measurement Partner Managers overseeing MMP, MTA, and Lift ecosystems.
  • Represent Snap as a thought leader at industry bodies such as IAB, MRC, and MMA to influence measurement standards.
  • Structure complex partner agreements and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Strategy.
  • Act as the bridge between external partners and internal Product/Engineering teams to shape the long-term roadmap.
  • Develop joint GTM motions and educational narratives to increase revenue growth and advertiser trust.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital advertising or partnership management.
  • 6+ years of specific experience in Measurement Strategy, Marketing Science, or Ad Tech Partnerships.
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of navigating privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and DMA.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco offices 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a quantitative field or business administration.
  • Direct experience working with major MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) or Brand Measurement firms (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen).
  • Experience launching or managing Data Clean Room partnerships.
