Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly

What you will do

• Direct live and recorded sports productions using Ross Overdrive Automated Production Control.
• Code and execute live pre/post-game shows and build master rundown patterns.
• Collaborate with editorial and production teams from concept to final output.
• Shape broadcast creatives using video, audio, and graphics effects.
• Manage technical quality and troubleshoot operational issues during live broadcasts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in local news TD/Directing in medium to large markets.
• Expertise in Ross Overdrive Production Automation or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Journalism, Engineering, Media Production, or equivalent experience.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work any shift in a 24x7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Bi-lingual oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
