• Oversee production logistics, including team assignments, shoot planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead hiring and talent development for both staff and freelance teams.
• Act as a key cross-functional partner to editorial, marketing, and audience development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
• Minimum 3 years of directing or content leadership experience.
• Proven track record of managing and developing staff and freelance teams.
• Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Experience managing high-volume content pipelines.
