What you will do

• Conduct job site visits and quality audits to ensure efficient route work completion.
• Perform NIM job audits following construction and modernization turnovers to identify reliability issues.
• Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and provide on-the-job technical training.
• Review route profitability and call-back data to provide actionable reports to management.
• Support safety training initiatives and maintain compliance with industry codes.
• Provide technical input for sales bids, including labor and material cost calculations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, FL
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions, diagrams, and mathematical data.
• Strong communication skills for presenting information to management and customers.
• Proficiency in writing reports, contract proposals, and business correspondence.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
