What you will do

• Develop and execute a global sourcing and procurement strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Drive category strategies across indirect spend areas, including technology, marketing, and professional services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFPs, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to maximize performance, innovation, and resilience.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on commercial negotiations and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing global Sourcing & Procurement team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global sourcing and procurement.
• Proven track record leading procurement functions in complex, multinational environments.
• Experience designing procurement organizations and implementing scalable processes.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract strategy expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in the USA
