What you will do

• Lead the architecture, development, and rollout of the Hotels CFAR platform, including APIs, SDKs, and payout infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end partner integrations, from technical discovery and solutioning to live deployment.
• Drive foundational infrastructure work to enable self-serve onboarding and decouple partner growth from headcount.
• Act as the senior technical voice in partner conversations, managing SLAs and performance requirements.
• Foster technical excellence through architecture reviews and mentorship of senior engineers.
• Produce technical artifacts, prototypes, and integration scaffolding using AI-assisted tooling.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience leading engineering teams building B2B or B2B2C platforms with external partners.
• Strong technical background in backend systems, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS).
• Direct experience as a partner-facing technical leader, including scoping integrations and owning SLAs.
• Proficiency in Scala or Java, REST APIs, and OAuth2.0.
• Experience with frontend SDKs and merchandising work (React, JS/TS).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with travel distribution landscapes (booking engines, OTAs, PSS/inventory platforms like Sabre or Amadeus).
• Experience with fintech, insurance-adjacent, or transactional products.
