What you will do

• Prepare, review, and approve Regulatory Label Copies (RLCs) for primary and secondary packaging.
• Provide regulatory guidance for product development, packaging updates, and commercialization activities.
• Maintain accurate product, ingredient, and labeling data in internal systems such as FoodLogiq, SKUSafe, and GURU.
• Manage third-party technical certifications including Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, and Prebiotic.
• Review supplier regulatory documentation to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Regulatory Affairs, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 4-5 years of experience in food or beverage regulatory affairs, labeling, or compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA food labeling regulations, claims requirements, and allergen labeling.
• Experience with packaging artwork reviews, certifications, and ingredient compliance assessments.
• Working knowledge of food safety concepts, including GRAS and shelf-life stability.

Nice to have

• Exposure to international regulations such as UK, EU, Canada, or Mexico.
• Familiarity with regulatory platforms like FoodLogiq or SKUSafe.
