Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, education, business, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in recruitment, counseling, or outreach.
• Fully bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid Puerto Rico Driver's License (category 4) and willingness to travel within the metropolitan area.
• Proficiency in social media, marketing best practices, and design software.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and presentation skills.
