What you will do

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and related disclosures.
• Oversee lender, board, and other external financial reporting packages ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including business combinations and M&A.
• Manage accounting for internally developed software, capitalization, and amortization under ASC 350-40.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors on technical accounting matters.
• Build and develop high-performing teams to support a multi-billion-dollar enterprise.

Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
• 10-15+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in a large, complex organization; public company/SEC experience preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify participating).
