TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $31.25 per hour (approx. $5,000/month)

What you will do

  • Manage event and promotion configurations for full-service clients.
  • Act as a primary relationship manager and technical support expert for venue partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues or escalate them as needed.
  • Track and report client interactions to maintain service quality.
  • Monitor incoming support requests and assign tasks to staff.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach junior Client Services staff.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • 3+ years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming.
  • High School Diploma (BA/BS Degree preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach a team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ticket Operations for a venue.
