What you will do

• Gather business requirements and provide best practice guidance for Salesforce enhancements and upgrades.
• Design, configure, and test new capabilities to improve global productivity and end-user experience.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support the Salesforce ecosystem and related applications.
• Execute data transformation and migration efforts to support M&A and other key initiatives.
• Provide operational support by troubleshooting and resolving issues for Salesforce and related applications.
• Conduct system demos and provide training to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Experience with development release management using Copado and GitHub.
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Must be based in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be compliant with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Nice to have

• Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.
• Apex and Visualforce programming experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, OwnBackup, DocuSign, and Conga.
• Experience in a multi-instance landscape for a global organization.
