TL;DR
Growth Product Manager (Healthtech): Leading a conversion-rate optimization (CRO) engagement across customer acquisition and clinical onboarding flows with an accent on experiment design and funnel movement. Location: Remote (US time zones preferred)

What you will do
- Lead the Care funnel CRO workstream, auditing screens and running end-to-end tests.
- Manage and prioritize the experiment backlog using PostHog and Linear.
- Create weekly written readouts for executives summarizing results and recommended next actions.
- Build a durable findings library to capture hypotheses, variants, and takeaways.
- Optimize the acquisition funnel to increase purchase conversion and reduce sales-assisted purchases.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth product or CRO with a track record of moving real funnel metrics.
- Deep fluency in experiment design, including hypothesis framing, sizing, power, and guardrails.
- Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Ability to write SQL and work proficiently with Linear and Figma.
- Must be comfortable as a sole PM on the program.
- Strong written communication skills for executive-level reporting.

- Experience with checkout or join flows for consumer healthcare, telehealth, or membership products.
