What you will do

• Design and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and platform configuration tools.
• Build and enhance GTM solutions supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing while maintaining enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process gaps and requirements into technical system solutions.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including discovery, UAT, deployment, and post-release support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce development or enterprise GTM systems.
• Proficiency in one or more OOP languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong understanding of relational data models, APIs, and application integration concepts.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly for code generation, review, and refactoring.
• Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, or Revenue Clouds.
• Familiarity with hirify.global data platforms or specific sales applications.
• Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, or Gearset.
• Experience with release management and production defect triage.
