What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment using sourcing techniques across job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for accurate candidate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement diverse recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven success in technical or agency recruiting within fast-paced digital organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the required skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS (experience with Workday is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
