What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Engineering, Product, and Design across Argentina, Canada, and the US.
• Act as a talent advisor by developing deep relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and global stakeholders.
• Develop innovative sourcing techniques to build inclusive and balanced talent pipelines.
• Execute the complete hiring funnel from initial screening and assessment to offer negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition Partners to align recruitment efforts with business lines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience in Engineering, Product, and Design for high-growth tech companies.
• Proven experience recruiting in NAM and LATAM regions.
• Previous experience working within a SaaS company.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work from the Buenos Aires office.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in the EMEA region.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS.
• Knowledge of sales terminology, compensation structures, and methodologies.
