What you will do

• Review technical requirements and verify product compliance across various jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to document and triage regulatory issues.
• Provide technical compliance feedback on new features and changes as they relate to rules and regulations.
• Document rules, policies, and technical requirements from regulatory authorities.
• Analyze updated regulations and provide structured feedback to regulators.
• Perform periodic reviews and audits to detect regulatory violations in high-risk areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certifications.
• 2+ years of experience in technical compliance or QA within the online casino and sports wagering industry.
• Foundational knowledge of hardware, software development, coding, web technologies, and networking.
• Experience working with independent or governmental test laboratories in the gaming industry.
• Knowledge of the gaming regulatory legal framework and related laws.
• Must be based in the USA.
