What you will do

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and End-of-Line (EOL) inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and technical specifications.
• Monitor production processes to identify quality deviations and support timely resolution to minimize impact.
• Document non-conformities and non-compliance reports, ensuring effective closure of corrective actions.
• Support root cause analysis and implement preventive action plans to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues related to received materials and performance.
• Operate and interpret measurement equipment such as calipers and micrometers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred).
• 3 years of professional experience in quality control within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems like SAP QM.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical or mechanical schematics.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent English communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and team members.

Nice to have

• 2 years of quality control experience specifically in wind turbine manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System.
